El Papalote Children's Museum opened its doors in November 1993, by providing children and adults interesting interactive exhibits divided into five major areas newly renovated: I am, communicate, belong, understand and Express, which put into action all your senses, make your own program TV, lying on a bed of nails, the understanding of biodiversity in Mexico, a huge tree climbing, experimenting, know how it feels to be inside a bubble and more.
El Papalote also features the first room IMAX projection system in Mexico City : the mega-screen, where you can live the experience of enjoying a 70 mm film, projected on a giant screen with digital sound 3D!
