The Development Ministry has approved the Full Information Study A-54 highway between Santiago and Lugo. I say complete because the rest of the study reported was approved in November 2004.

- PGE 2010: SEITT (State Company for Land Transport Infrastructure) moved to take over the work and the inico program of works in 2010 with € 21 million investment, 33 M € for 2011 and 29 M € 2012. The DGC is responsible for the payment of expropriation and works to reset for 2012.

- The AVE Lugo-Coruña has neither study reported. Probably never will, so investment Galicia recibiirá not promised (by the Government of Spain) 780 million euros

- The AVE Ponferrada-Monforte is discarded. promised investment of 690 million euros Galician side was not performed in these 8 years and never will.

- The AVE Lubián - Ourense was a fiasco.
