1) The Touriño Xunta de Galicia (PSOE) in collusion with the Government of Spain Zapatero (PSOE) announced in 2007 Rande expanding at the expense of the concessionaire. 2) It is true that the expansion project was not covered by the operating agreement. But it is also true that if the extension is paid by the citizens then posiblitados traffic increases by this extension (and therefore increase the profit of the dealership) should be taken into account in the Finance Plan for toll rate redice right?
3) We are 5 months of which must start a work to be completed in 2014 (according to the Minister of Development commitment José Blanco) and still no construction projects.
