Argentina Chamber of Construction (CAC) is preparing two national housing programs for the middle class to be financed with the support of state and the leverage of the National Bank, the Bank and Banco Macro Province. One of the projects with money moored Bicentennial Program. The second, however, provides for a tripartite financing, which includes participation in the capital market, money ANSES and fuel tax, plus a savings system prior family (with subsidies in some cases). The goal is to build more than 100 000 housing solutions per annum, with the purpose of fighting a historic deficit. In addition, projects are expected to have a strong impact on the economy and job creation.
The proposed name for the plan is SAVI ( Integrated Housing).
